Program description

Ur Mortgage, empowered by Nexa Mortgage LLC, operates two separate, optional text-messaging programs. You choose which to join on our Contact Us page by selecting the corresponding consent checkbox (both are unchecked by default):

• Informational messages — recurring SMS/MMS regarding your mortgage inquiry, appointment reminders, document requests, application updates, and loan-status updates.
• Promotional messages — recurring SMS/MMS regarding mortgage rates, loan programs, eligible offers, and related promotions.

Consent

By checking a box and providing your mobile number, you authorize Ur Mortgage to send you the corresponding text messages, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or obtaining a loan. You may instead contact us directly by phone or email.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to the number that sent the message at any time to unsubscribe; you’ll receive one confirmation and no further texts from that program. Reply HELP to that number for assistance, or contact us at (877) 875-6261 or info@urmortgages.com.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. See also our Terms of Use.
